Get ready for a day of inspiration and indulgence as the Corona del Mar Home Tour celebrates its 50th anniversary! This beloved event showcases the most stunning homes in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar, all while raising vital funds for local education, with the generous support and collaboration of CDM families, ensuring the event’s success and supporting programs at Corona del Mar Middle & High School.
Since 1974, the Corona del Mar Home Tour has been a cherished tradition, bringing together the community to support Corona del Mar Middle School and High School. This year’s milestone anniversary promises to be an unforgettable experience, with a curated selection of breathtaking homes, each masterpiece of architecture and Design. The funds raised from the home tour are crucial for supporting ‘CDM Middle’ by funding programs not covered by the school district, including PTA initiatives, campus improvements, and various academic, athletic, and artistic endeavors, enhancing the well-being of students.
This year’s tour features eight homes, showcasing diverse styles and aesthetics, from sleek modern beachfront properties to elegant Mediterranean villas. Homeowners have graciously opened their doors, allowing attendees to experience the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating these luxurious residences.
The Corona del Mar Home Tour is more than just a showcase of stunning and contemporary homes; it’s a vital fundraiser for local education. Proceeds from the event support various educational initiatives, including arts and music programs, technology upgrades, and academic enrichment activities. By participating in the tour, attendees directly contribute to enhancing students’ educational experience in the community.
The home tour fosters community and unity among residents, visitors, and local businesses. It’s a platform for networking, building relationships, and giving back to the community. This year’s event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of luxury living, community spirit, and educational commitment. Planning for future events is already underway, with the intention to reconvene in the Fall to plan another extraordinary Home Tour. Stay tuned for more details about next year’s date and ticket sales.
